All items in our collections come with a care label. We strongly recommend you to always follow
the instructions on this label. If you have additional questions or you want further advice, please
get in touch with us via phone or mail.
Some of our items fit true to size, however other items have a oversized fit. Therefore, all of our
items have a size finder. Here you can give your personal information and then it will guide you to
your desired size.
We're sorry that the item that you are interested in is out of stock. Occasionally items and sizes
are restocked. On the product page, you can subscribe yourself to get notified when your item is
back in stock.
Order
You can contact us on email through marketing@aedenofficial.com. Please note that once your
order is picked, it’s no longer possible to cancel or change the order.
You can send an email to marketing@aedenofficial.com. Mention your order number and explain
the situation. Then our costumer service will process this further.
Everybody makes mistakes! When you accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact us
as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery
of your package may be delayed
In order to guarantee fast processing, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately so they can
be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, unfortunately, it is no
longer possible to make adjustments.
We offer the following shipping schedule:
Deliveries within The Netherlands:
All orders placed before 2pm on working days, will normally be delivered the following working
day. If ordered after 2pm, your order will be delivered within 2 working days.
Deliveries within the European Union:
From 3 to 5 working days
Deliveries in all other countries:
From 4 to 10 working days
