Packages will be shipped (see shipping costs above) using our standard shipping service, which will be DHL. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Aeden Official, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.

*Shipping to the United States: shipping costs of €10,00 with no custom charges applicable to orders under $700. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. At AEDEN, we aim to make returns as straightforward as possible. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any online purchase for a refund or store credit, no questions asked.

Complete the form inside your package and follow the instructions to proceed with your return.

Returns Requirements
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original AEDEN tags attached.
