Deliveries within the Netherlands
All orders placed before 2pm on working days will be delivered the same day excluding public holidays. If ordered after 2pm your order will be delivered the following working day excluding public holidays.

Deliveries within the European Union
From 2 to 6 working days

Deliveries in all other countries
From 4 to 10 working days

Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged returns
Returns that are damaged soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted.

Defective items
If you receive a defective item please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Once our team has provided a return label and approved the defective item it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.

Non returnable items
• Items that have been worn washed stained or damaged
• Items without the original tags and packaging
• Gift cards
• Items marked as FINAL SALE

Exchanges
Return the item you have and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14 day cooling off period
If shipped into the European Union you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds
After inspection we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
